It is supposed to make ThreeLac work better. I tried it and have to say I really loved it. I have not had a cold since I've been using it so it must take care of virus type things too. It's called FiveLac. It's a little different than ThreeLac because it has two additional bacteria. I discoverd it when I ordered my last batch of ThreeLac from NewLifeVitamins.com. They have another website called 456candida.com that sells FiveLac and all their other products. I tried FiveLac and so far so good.
